My only disappointment with my mirror is the finicky touch screen panel. I think its ridiculous that such an expensive item can be so finicky. Their customer service wasn't so great to me as I tried to return it but I was afraid it would come back with a different problem. This mirror ships from California. Another concern was, the mirror went on sale 1 week after I paid full price but they refused to refund the difference even after I was going to return it for a finicky touch screen panel. I love the mirror, but I'm disappointed at how they handled my situation. And my touch screen issues are not as simple as the one you demonstrated. ?Buyer beware!
Does the music sound a bit distorted when you turn it up ? Also how much was it total when you paid for it if you don’t mind me asking ?
